THE CHALLENGE

Telenor needed an updated brand platform with long-term potential for a digital arena.

THE SOLUTION

Based on thorough ground research about Telenor’s strategic target group and current trends that are impacting the telecom industry we set out to transform Telenor’s brand platform. We did this over a series of workshops with a tight core team at Telenor and identified an extremely relevant and potent long-term position in the telecom industry. For this position we created a new brand story, a new brand personality and a new brand promise to guide Telenor into the digital age.

THE OUTCOME

The first brand platform in years at Telenor Sweden to be fully implemented and understood in the whole organization. In the next step Telenor Group will roll out the brand platform over several other international markets.
