AMF Fastigheter wanted to gain a deeper understanding of the urban qualities that attract creative companies and people.

THE SOLUTION

We interviewed companies in creative industries to explore what they value and prioritize when deciding where to locate their offices, and how urban areas affect companies in terms of innovation, brand, culture, etc. We also interviewed professionals in creative fields, about what they are attracted to in regards to urban areas and the amenities they want to surround themselves with.
